Appointments for 1999/2000 season:
i) Proposed new chairman - Al Mercer
ii) Treasurer. N. Bennett to step down. R. Grey proposed.
iii) P.Heyn - Secretary
iv) J. Simpson - Fixtures Sec
v) A. Pierce - 1st XI captain
vi) Ian Brown-Peterside - vice captain
vii) J. Dovell - 2nd XI captain
viii) Phil White - vice-captain.
Other matters: President - J. Taylor (proposed by D Debere)
i) Rest of committee: R. Burnett, M. Truman, S. Lees, B. Walls, C. Martin, O. Bailey, P. Alcock, and B. Copthorne to be approached as well.
ii) Discipline. Club now at stage V of discipline rating. Al Mercer is sending statement of LOBFC code of discipline to league. New fine structure to be imposed by club. Dissent £30 for booking, £50 for sending off. Booking £10. Sending off £25.
iii) Move to Cobham for 2nd XI. John Dovell to look at costs, availability and report at next meeting.
iv) Recruitment. Discuss and agree plan at next meeting.
