1. PRESIDENT'S REPORT
JT thanked all those for attending the AGM and congratulated both teams on last season's success. He stressed the importance on disciplined behaviour on the pitch from every player selected and ensuring goodwill to both referees and opposition. This was in light of a number of clubs losing points for poor discipline and the loss of two referees from the league.

2. CHAIRMAN'S REPORT
AM reminded the club of the importance of the disciplinary code. The proposals for season 2000-2001 were discussed and the fine levies agreed. He thanked last year's officers and committee members for all their efforts on behalf on the club and congratulated both captains on a really excellent season both on and off the field.

3. SECRETARY'S REPORT
PH confirmed that the club had entered: 1stX1 for Arthur Dunn, London Old Boys and AFA Senior cups. 2nd X1 for the Junior League and AFA Inter Cups. He congratulated the skippers on team morale and team spirit and stressed the importance of having both sides at Cobham albeit expensive.

4. TREASURER'S REPORT
RG advised of list of bad debtors. Nearly £1,000 still outstanding and stressed the importance of recouping these monies. Outgoings are getting higher and the club can not afford to carry these debtors. Current balance is £4,200 but expenditure on Cobham and Battersea due shortly.

5. CAPTAIN'S REPORT
AP was pleased with the player's enthusiasm throughout the season. Training on Monday and Wednesday nights had been well attended. He was concerned with the numbers of players currently available and especially the lack of youth. He will contact contemporaries of the Rum lads.

6. RECRUITMENT
NB advised that for the future of the club we need an influx of 18-25 year olds. Suggested a sub-committee of himself, BW and AP to discuss proposals. OL Day on 16 September would be a good occasion to try to get some youths to make their debuts.
