Recruitment |
| AP has contacted nearly 40 possible players and had a mixed response. The committee agreed that the best way forward is to do a presentation to the school and ask all leavers to fill out a form to find out if they are interested in playing, getting their contact details and if and when they are going to University. We are aware that Andrew Farquarson of the OL club used to do a yearly presentation to the school. AM will write to him. AH to contact MG and together will organise to put on the OL board at the college, details, photos, information etc about the club. | ||

Any other business |

Website - NB expressed concern that, although the website is magnificent, if we are to promote it with the older generation and link it to the Arthurian League site, we need to tone down some of the contents. AH to discuss with MG/PW. Approaching OL club for funds - JT to approach the OL club at their next meeting for a contribution to running our club and RG to provide him with accounts. Arthur Dunn Cup - The committee thanked JT for arranging for the trophy to be engraved and to be left with AM. New Kit - AM to look into the cost of one new kit for the club by next meeting. |
