Bills - RG to settle bill for the Arthurian League fine 031 (£20). PH to settle all AFA disciplinary charges.

Outstanding monies - There are still 3 outstanding offenders that owe the club money. Evans (£90), Hannam (£100), Rum (£30). AM to chase Evans, AP to chase Rum, BC to chase Hannam.

1's - Team should be stronger with new players coming available next season. In the short we need players available more frequently and committed. AP to ask Pete A to keep up pressure on Simpo. Our goalkeepers James Butcher and Bob Black are now fully available.

2's - Squad looks strong. There are still a number of players turning up at training and wanting games. BC & AH to keep encouraging these players. Phil Goulstone (Goalkeeper) is now available.

PH expressed concern at the number of yellow cards, as basically they have been for tackles and not dissent. Rum (2), Evans, Gurney, White. Each player will be fined accordingly.

OL Club RE Monies Contribution

JT now has a completed application form to approach the OL club for monies towards next season's pitch hire. The meeting is on 24/1/2001.

Simon Lees is now in contact with the hotel, Go Airlines and the football organiser and should be in a position to put forward a proposal within two weeks. Tour page

Any other business

College leavers - Generally the number of Old boys involved with Old boys activities is low at present. JT will request at next OL meeting that a Wednesday afternoon presentation is required which the football club will attend.

Website - Ben Evans is the press officer for the 1's and needs to be in contact after every game with Gibo. The 1's need more presence on the site.

Summer 6-a-sides - We have been invited to two tournaments, 1. Hassocks, 2. Tenby (Wales) and it was agreed that the club should attend both. AH to ensure our involvement.
