| 1. | Dinner | |
|
Numbers expected 140-150. Menu was chosen, the speakers Nick Bell and Adam Crozier both had reconfirmed attendance. AM to hand out Tim Buckley award to outstanding contribution to the club by Matt Gibson. At last years dinner we collected £350 and it was agreed that the club would present the money to James Butcher for the School summer tour of Hong Kong. Well done Jeremy, Kels and Nick for organizing the event so well.

Balance - £2,500. Outstanding monies - Hannam paid outstanding £100; Evans (£90) & Rum (£20) still outstanding.

| 3. | Captain's Report, Recruitment and Club Management | |
|
The day to day running of the club was discussed and everything seems under control. Club fines are relatively low. The committee appreciated the hard work Ben Walls has put in as our fixtures secretary in a difficult season. Training continues until the end of April and both captains to inform players. It is vital that the 1's pursue the likes of Gareth Allen, Lee Taylor as well as encourage James Butcher to bring along some of his mates especially with some friendlies organized before the end of this season. Chris Metcalf can also help out with this, so Adam or Nigel to contact him. For the 2's a very encouraging first season for Ben Copithorne. Next year if the 1's are stronger then the two's could challenge for their title. The key to winning their league is to try and get a consistently good 11 out every week.

OL Club RE Monies Contribution |
|
|
JT submitted our application form along with the request for £500 per annum from the OL club. A response will be made in July. The club wished to thank Johnny Bell from the college for his one off donation of £100.

Tour |

Leesy has everything organized. Can both captains ensure that all their players are aware of the tour. Thursday 3 May - Sun 5th. (circa £200). The latest date to confirm your place as well as pay your monies is Thursday

| 6. | Pre-season friendly in Wales | |
|
Al Harari to fix up two friendlies in Wales for Sat 8 Sept (pm)& Sun 9 Sept (am) as well as an idea of accommodation costs for the Saturday evening.

New 2's kit - To be purchased for the start of next season. Insurance - The urgent need of club insurance was discussed. Awaiting AFA recommendation.
