1. Dinner
Another hugely successful night. Congratulations
to Jeremy T, Nick Ev and especially Kels. Dinner bill now paid but
still some outstanding cheques to arrive (list below).
2. Finances
Balance - £ 1,250.00
Invoices - Dinner bill, speaker and Arthurian League
fines are all paid upto date. PH to pay all AFA disciplinary fines
and details of offenders to be sent to AM. PH to provide a total
paid out for the season and will be reimbursed asap.
Match fees - Both captains to send AH all
outstanding match fees immediately. The 1's owe £515. AP to
pay £405 & AM £110.
3. Outstanding monies.

All outstanding monies were discussed as well as
AH uptodate dinner spreadsheet. To be collected asap.

4. Club Management
The committee discussed the
highs and lows of the season for both sides and recognised the fact
that the 2's need to be stronger to support the 1's. Many of the
younger players to be encouraged to play for the 2's. The link with
the college was the key to the 1's staying in the premier league.
AP/ DG to invite as many of the young players to
play on OL day as possible as well as the pre season friendlies.
JT to send out an application form to Jeremy
McLachlan on behalf of the OL club. This is to be filled in by each
school boy and returned. Once we have details of the schoolboys
interested in playing football, AM to write a letter to each of
them to include website details, league tables and profile on LOBFC
and record their details on the players list. Progress to be discussed
at AGM.
5. Positions in Club 2002/3
Most positions now confirmed. Except captain &
vice captain for the 2's. AM to approach Tim Kemp.
The committee thanked Keith Goodman for his
time and help on the committee as he relocates to Hong Kong.
6. Any other business
Arthurian League Dinner
- Tickets £26 p/p. The club to pay for 5 places totalling
£130. (Mercer, Alcock, Walls, Evans, Pierce).
Tour - 17-18 LOBS are travelling leaving
on 9/5/02 & returning 12/5/02.
1's kit - AP/ DG to liase. Budget £500.
The old 1's kit to be given to the vets.
AGM - AM to book Coach and Horses in
Bruton Street, W1. Drinks and food to be covered by club. Invite
to go out via email and post.
